I actually referred a lot of my new instructor throughout the year to them but everytime I call Jake Ng State Farm. Nicholas would pickup. Sometime I ask him for a simple question. He would try to make it very hard and difficult to get anything done. Example: IT'S A SIMPLE THING. I asked him today to have his colleage Fanny to call me. He would make it very complicated. I told him is for a potential new policy. He would try to give me some attitude... HE ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE A LOT OF ATTITUDE PROBLEMS! Don't know how Donna or Jake trained this guy...
