I had questions regarding coverage for test drive, (covered), and transitioning from one leased car to a new lease car, Fanny was terrific, immediately provided temporary insurance card. She answered my questions regarding roadside assistance as well. I was able to send payments electronically through my bank, super easy. Great service. Thank you."

"If I can give Jake Ng State Farm insurance agency zero star. I would do it for sure. I actually referred a lot of my new instructor throughout the year to them but everytime I call Jake Ng State Farm. Nicholas would pickup. Sometime I ask him for a simple question. He would try to make it very hard and difficult to get anything done. Example: IT'S A SIMPLE THING. I asked him today to have his colleage Fanny to call me. He would make it very complicated. I told him is for a potential new policy. He would try to give me some attitude... HE ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE A LOT OF ATTITUDE PROBLEMS! Don't know how Donna or Jake trained this guy... AT THE END, IT'S DONNA OR JAKE INABILITY TO TRAIN THEIR WORKERS!! WOULD NO LONGER REFER ANY NEW INSTRUCTORS TO THIS AGENCY. WOULD JUST GIVE IT TO PAUL CHEW, WHICH IS ONLY COUPLE BLOCKS DOWN THE STREET!!"
